Maiz Transforma team has successfully completed the construction, excavation, stabilization, foundation, structure, and civil works of the mixed-use project Foro 4, located in León, Guanajuato.
The development includes a shopping mall, a hotel, and an office building, totaling over 95,000 square meters of construction.
